We operate exclusively in deregulated energy markets in the United States. We do not provide services in markets where energy deregulation does not apply.

Energy Deregulator LLC acts as an independent broker and is not an agent or employee of any energy supplier. We maintain relationships with multiple licensed retail energy suppliers and submit client load profiles to those suppliers on a competitive basis.
Compensation: Our brokerage services are provided at no direct cost to you. We are compensated through a commission paid by the energy supplier whose contract you execute. This commission is typically structured as a small residual per unit of energy (cents per kWh or per therm) built into the supplier's pricing structure. This compensation model is standard practice in the energy brokerage industry.
Upon request, we will disclose the specific compensation arrangement applicable to any contract we present to you prior to your execution of that contract.
Engaging our services does not obligate you to execute any energy contract. You retain full discretion over whether to proceed with any supplier proposal.

Important: While we work diligently to obtain the most competitive rates available in the market, Energy Deregulator LLC cannot guarantee specific savings amounts, specific rates, or that competitive supplier rates will always be lower than your current utility rate. Energy markets are subject to volatility, and rates change frequently. Any savings estimates provided — including those generated by our online savings calculator — are estimates only and not contractual commitments.
Actual savings depend on numerous factors including your current rate, contract terms, market conditions at the time of procurement, your load profile, and the bids received from competing suppliers.
