Oregon commercial accounts may be able to evaluate competitive electricity supply. The service address and utility bill determine which rules, products, and suppliers can apply.
Oregon Direct Access is open only to qualifying large-load customers within PGE and Pacific Power territory, subject to PUC-administered enrollment rules. It is not a general marketplace for typical commercial accounts.
Public program information and supplier resources are available through PGE's and Pacific Power's Direct Access program pages. Market rules are overseen by Oregon Public Utility Commission. Confirm current rules and account eligibility before enrollment.

The regulated utility generally continues delivery, meter service, and outage response. A competitive supplier changes the supply arrangement where the account is eligible.
A recent utility bill, service address, utility name, account identifier, twelve months of usage when available, and the current contract expiration date provide a useful starting point.
